Return Process

  Log into your Menworks account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  Package Securely

  Place the unused or gently used products back in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and the items are protected for transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
